Service Division
Command Service Division is headed by a Service Manager who is supported by a Service Administrator and a highly qualified team of trades’ personnel.
It is important to ensure that installed equipment is kept in good working condition by having routine maintenance carried out. This will help to avoid the cost and inconvenience of unexpected malfunctions and ensure that energy consumption is kept to a minimum.
MAINTENANCE
- Command Service division provides monthly/quarterly/ six monthly and annual maintenance with a fixed number of visits (arranged for client’s convenience).
- Not only does Command maintain air conditioning systems, but also with our diversity of skills and trades we are able to cover all building services requirements including heating and ventilation, refrigeration, electrical and general building services.
- Each contract is tailored to suit the client’s specific requirements. This ensures the most efficient and economical operation, helps prevent unexpected breakdowns and maintains a healthy, comfortable working environment.
- Detailed inspection and cleaning of systems.
- Written report and recommendations provided after each visit.
- Contracted maintenance clients qualify for priority scheduling of both maintenance and service callouts.
